Derek has been an avid Joomla fan and supporter since 2010 when he joined CloudAccess.net as a tech support specialist. Over the years, he became team lead and finally Head of Support at CloudAccess.net. He tries to go to whichever Joomla conference he can, usually touching on topics related to supporting Joomla in a webhosting environment. After the day's over, you can usually find him in a karaoke bar if there's one around.
